Posti di Vista (‘View Places’)

The Steam Factory is an interesting example of how a complex of industrial buildings can be reused for social and cultural purposes. During design week it hosts the exhibition Posti di Vista (‘View Places’), which offers an insight into new developments in the design world, with particular focus on social responsibility and environmental sustainability and with contributions from various organisations. The project involved creating a plan for the whole event, which is organised by the magazine Ottagono and by FdvLab, and setting up the ‘City Preview’ exhibition, created by Philippe Daverio, within the evocative space known as the Cattedrale (‘Cathedral’).
